I used to get 30 days cloud storage, but this now seems to have changed to 7 days, have Arlo changed their terms of agreement?

Thanks, yes, I can see that plan on the site, but was wondering if this had changed? I have always had 30 days since set-up over 2 years ago and this has just reduced to 7 without warning, losing images which I really needed to keep, but hadn't downloaded as I've always had a month. Is there any way to get these images back from Arlo, or are they now lost? Thanks again.

No, as metioned, there has been no changes to the plans other than inclusion of the new Business plan options a while back.
If you got 30 days for free, consider yourself lucky... The only possible way of MAYBE getting them back is to re-up for the 30 day plan ( you can do it for one month , about $10 ) ... in the past one person stated they got their videos back this way ( unconfirmed )
