My cameras won't record

Eveything is working expect when there is motion detected it doesn't record it at all. I need it to record anthing that has motion detected.

Do the rules you have in the mode you are in say for it to record?

I am having the same issue with only one of my cameras. It's set to record motion at 75 (turned it down from 80 because it was recording too easily). Problem is, it films live when I choose turn it on, but now it no longer records at all. Even if I turn it back up to 80. I tried taking the batteries out and putting them back in (thinking that might "reset" it), but no luck. Any ideas? Is it faulty? Prior to this it recorded just fine. Also, less than a year old.

Try power cycling the base first.
