My cameras refuse to connect to the base station

You say cameras... so I assume more than one and none will sync.

Also , you don't say what camera or base model.

Anyway, normal is to reset the base ( hold in the reset for about ten secs till the front led(s) flash )

Make sure the ethernet is connected and base is online and then you can try to sync cameras outside of the app/web.

Most of the cameras will... just quickly push the base sync button ( don't hold ) and then push the camera button.

Quick led flashing blue on camera means it worked.
