My camera will not sync with the base station; how can I troubleshoot it?

Purchased an addl Arlo wire free camera.  It won't sync to base station.    Light on base station blinks green when sync pressed  and camera blinks blue but not syncing.  Blue light just keeps blinking.  Four other cameras all work fine.

Restart the base and also open and then close the battery door on the camera to reset the camera.

Then try and sync. again.
