I went through the Arlo official help as to why my camera would not sync to the base station. Tried everything suggested.... What worked for me was turning off the base station, disconnection the power for several minutes, plugging the power back in, turning on the base station, waiting for it to reboot (all three lights showing in my case), then going through the syncing process. Worked perfect, but was not suggested in the official Arlo help.
