My camera looks like it has a pink filter?

My camera looks like it has a pink filter.  How can I fix to view in normal color?

Often/Usually opening the cam battery cover once or twice rebooting the can resets the IR filter (cause of red/pink)

If above doesn't fix... contact Netgear Support re hardware issue
