Brand new arlo continues to say it's offline

Hi guys, I just bought a new Arlo set that I was really excited about. Everything seem straightforward and I installed batteries and synched both cameras and mounted. Problem is that one of them works quite well while the other one continuingly says it's off-line. I have tried removing the batteries and replacing the batteries and re-syncing numerous times but it never works more than a couple seconds before saying off-line. It is very close to the Wi-Fi source so I don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions would be helpful.

just a stab in the dark here.  Take batteries from working cam and try in bad cam to rule out bad batteries as cause

Thanks. I've replaced the batteries with a brand new separate set and still having the same issue. Power doesn't seem to be the problem.
