My camera just started crashing and only live stream for maybe a minute or two. Tried new battery.

My camera just started crashing and only live stream for maybe a minute or 2
I put fresh battery in the camera it self and the motion is off like 20 to 30 seconds .. I've tried to reboot everything and still the same .. please help

Hi Mikebee1347,

 

When you mention that the camera crashes, are you saying that the live stream turns off after a minute or two? Is this happening when you're viewing the live stream through the Arlo app on your phone device and/or the web client on your computer?
