My base station is not found and not discoverable base model is VMB3000

My base station is not found and not discoverable base model is VMB3000. It searches for it, but never finds it. It lights up and is plugged into the router. I have reset it, unplugged it and removed it from system. Nothing seems to work? Do these just "die" even though the power up and light up?

It should have 3 LEDs.  Can you give us the status of all of them?
