My netgear base station won't connect to the internet.

NEVER, EVER POST PERSONAL INFO ON THE INTERNET!

Ask the question here or contact support for answers. For starters, what are the LEDs on the base showing? Should be at least 2 green ones, power and Internet.

If the Camera LED is amber, you need to claim the base before anything will work. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base and then sync the cameras.
