My Camera Is Not Connecting

I have tried everything I can think of to get the Arlo camera to sync with both the app on my phone and the Arlo base. It won't connect,

Have you tried via computer ??   https://arlo.netgear.com/

 

also make sure you not holding the base sync button, only a quick press and then the camera button
