My Andriod Arlo Secure app is showing deivces are offlline but on MyArloDashboard they're online.

Hello,

In the past week my Android Arlo Secure app (5.7.9_28847 - released 04/24/25) is showing that all my devices (cameras, doorbell, floodlight, bases and hub) are Offline.  There are 14 assorted devices (Ultra2 , Ultra, Pro3, Pro2 , Pro, Floodlight, Wired Doorbell) that are connected across a Smarthub and two Bases. I've verified all have the latest firmware.

 

However, when I login to My Arlo Dashboard the same SmartHub, Bases and devices are all Online.  The LED on my SmartHub (VMB5000r4 - 1.26.0.0_1912_12a0681) is solid Blue and the three LEDs on my two other Bases (VMB4000r3 -1.26.0.0_4712_12a0681) are all solid Green which indicate that these devices are all properly connected to hub and bases. My phone is getting notifications whenever motion is detected. I can see the all recordings on the Feed. I know the devices are all connected to the hub and 2 bases.

 

I've tried the following recovery to see if I can get the Arlo Secure app to get these devices to show Online:

1. Rebooted my Android phone

2. Cleared the cache and memory the Arlo from one of the Android Setting option.

3. Reinstalled the app multiple times.

4. Power cycled the hub and bases multiple times including using the reset button.

5. Reset & Erase All Arlo Devices from the Privacy Center->Content.

 

After step 5, I couldn't use the Arlo app the add back all the devices. I was able to add a base but it eventually went Offline. The only way I was able to restore my configuration  was through the My Arlo DashBoard.

 

I can get all these devices to show Online, if I explicitly logout off the app and log back in. But once I exit out off the app again without logging out and log back in, the hub, bases and all the devices are  Offline again. 

 

Has anyone seen this problem. It seems to be a problem with the latest Arlo app. Can someone please help.
