I have 3 cameras connected to one Base station.  1 of the camera always disconnect and said my device is offline.

Base station: VMB3010r2, firmware 1.9.0.0_14639

Camera 1: H7, firmware 1.2.11810 (bad one)

Camera 2: H7, firmware 1.2.11810

Camera 3: H7, firmware 1.2.11810

How do I resolve camera 1?

Swap cameras around to see if the issue stays with the camera or location.

I think I know why. Its the batteries.

I am not sure why these brand new batteries gone through so quickly, like 1 week.

I also switches off these rechargeable batteries and they also goes through like a week.

Any reason why these batteries goes throught that quickly?  My other cameras been on my driveway since April (Oct today) and it has captured a lot of motion.

Any thoughs?

Battery life depends on the total number of minutes of recording and live viewing.  Spec life is for <5 minutes of those per day.

I didnt set it that sensitive for my recordings and this is why I am questioning why it drained that fast.

Thank you for your input!

If you're sure it's not the total number of minutes per day of recording and live viewing, the other usual suspect is the WiFi quality between the base and camera. That's why I suggested swapping cameras around to see if the problem stayed with the camera or the location.

+1!

I have the exact same issue with one of my four cameras. Suddenly one of them eats battery rapidly! And it is not due to triggered camera events. It eats battery even when it stands next to the basestation facing the wall... The other three cameras does not behave like this.

Basestation VMB3010r2 Firmware = 1.9.4.0_15548

Camera H7 Firmware = 1.2.11810

Looks more like another "quality" firmware version similar to the incident in july where the basestation went offline everyday...

I actually contacted their customer service (chat), and they are replacing a new until for me for free.  I told them I have tried everything from replacing a brand new Dracell bartteries and adjusting the motion sensor setting down to 50% and still drains the batteries like crazy.  I have also delete and and add my camera many times in my base station and nothing works.  My new one is coming and hopefully, this won't happen again.  If you have tired all those things, I would recommend for a replacement.  I spent bunch of time troubleshootng and nothing seems to work.  All they need is your SN on that camera and a ballpark date your purchased (within 1 year).  They don't need receipt.  Hope this information helps!
