Bought today and can record when request from live but not when motion detected.
it detects the motion no problem but just doesn't register recordings in library.
Help!?

i hope you bought the Arlo Pro and not the older Arlo wireless?....the Pro comes with inbuilt rechargeable battery? rather than having to shell out money every other month for new batteries on the older model?

Remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and then resync. Any luck?

thanks for the attn to this post,
i called support at netgear, they did a remote access firmware update push and then did firmware updates on all three cameras, all is good now they detect motion and start recording and list propoerly in the library as they should so all is well, best if anyone with an Arlo system is just told to automatically check for firmware updates if they know how, otherwise, call and have tech spt check the version of firmware and push updates if needed.
