Motion is detected and email received but link doesn't open on my mobile phone

Hello,

I receive an email that motion has been detected but when I try to open the link on my mobile phone the Arlo page opens and remains on 'Loading......'.

The link works on my Computer therefore I assume that the problem is with my Mobile Phone or its settings ?

Mobile Phone is a HTC ONE M8 using Android Version 6.0

Contact Netgear via support... more info as to devices/os combos will help in the long run.

If their not aware, it won't get fixed
