2 of my 3 arlo is not detecting motion. It can live stream but do not detect motion. I tried the motion test. The amber color blink only if I press the sync button on the top of it. Not amber blink by the app. What I have to do?

Try removing a camera from your account and sync it again. Make sure the battery is charged.

Solved!!!!! We did it but we had to update the system. Remove all the cameras and reinstall! Worked. Thanks
