Charging Dock VMA4400C not charging

The dock stopped working completely. 

I have changed the USB cables and connectors, and still it doesn't work. 

The LEDs remain off, and the batteries don't charge. 

 

What should be the next step?

If it's within the warranty period, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
