Motion detection on one camera at the time

I have two cameras and both cameras is working fine whit the motion detection test, but I can only have one camera as master and the other one only record motion when the other camera is detecting, I can swich whits one of the camera that is goning to be master of detection

Ummm... What? Are you using cross=triggering? That's about the only way to have a "master" camera although that isn't really true.
