Motion detection off but camera records

One of my cameras, while in motion detection off mode, will record live images.  My wife can see me from work eating!  It won't send alerts because according to the schedule it shouldn't, but I don't want it recording in motion detection off mode.  The rules for the mode are correct--both cameras are set to not record on motion.  What am I missing?

An easy check is to 'look' and see if the RUNNING MAN is green when the schedule should have motion detect off ( from live view screen ).

If he is green, then the modes may be wrong or the schedule wrong..if bot are correct ( on pc , as there was old problems on ios and schedule ) then maybe a reset of the base is is order.
