Motion alerts but no recordings

Only had my Arlo cameras for 2 weeks. No issues at first but. Would get alerts and check my library to see the videos. Now however there are no videos in the library even after I get the alerts. My camera takes manual videos but it is not recording after I get the motion sensor alerts.

Try power cycling the base. Any luck?

Unable to try that right now. I just thought it may be a setting since I could create manual recordings. I will try power cycling the base as soon as I am able.
