My Arlo Pro is about 4 weeks old. I have the motion detection slid up to 100%, yet it often misses things. If I move the physical camera, it detects the motion but if I walk in front of it, it isn't set off.

I did not see the model n the drop down list, but it according to the box it is a VMS4130. It camewith one camera and a base station.

Just to make sure ( others have done this );

1) your not using the cam thru glass

2) the protective film was removed from front of cam
