Mode changes not responding

After logging into my Arlo account, going to Mode and trying to edit rules of individual cameras, the message "arlo Please wait ..." freezes on the screen.  My cameras are all model VMC3030 with the latest updates from Arlo.  My operating system is Windows 7.  Any suggestions as to how to access the cameras in order to edit rules?

The mode changes seem to be responding now.
