Mode button will not work

I have 2 cameras succesfully working and I am trying to add a third. It is synced, it dosplays i the live feed but I can not get it to record on motion. First off when I went to add a rule it would only give me the option of recording on the other 2 cameras if motion was detected on the new one! Now I can't even get into the mode option it just hangs. Has anyone experienced this problem and know how to resolve?

You can try using the app or browser, whatever one you're not using right now.  Also, try a power cycle on the base station.  No guarantees but these steps sometimes help and don't take long.
