Mode Function Missing from Android Phone

I am missing the default Mode Feature on the Arlo program on my Android Phone (Samsung J5), as such I can not turn on or turn off the camera. This issue was supposedly solved last year but has just reappeared for me. So far I have reinstalled the Arlo program on my phone, restarted my base station both with no success
Is anyone else having this issue recently.

Yes, Have seen this on my Samsung S7.... over the past few days.

It's not that the MODE option doesn't come up, it's that it is VERY slow to do so.  I waited yesterday about almost 2 mins before it appeared ( all functioned normal after it did ).

Maybe related to new FW
