What type of network setup will I need to install and use my Arlo system?

Hello ArloNewbie,

 

You will need a High-speed Internet connection (minimum 1Mbps upstream recommended) and an available Ethernet port on your router at the location where you intent to install the Arlo Smart Home Security System. You will also need a mobile device (iOS 7 or higher, Android or FireOS) with the latest Arlo mobile app installed or a computer to register and activate the system.
