Message says device offline, and cameras offline

If I login to the mobile app it says my cameras are offline but if I log onto the web app they show online. I have two base stations, one is always online the other very often shows offline in the mobile app.

Which mobile app are you using? What version do you have installed? Consider visiting the app market and make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed.
