We have six wireless Arlo Pro's around the house and recently the Front Door Camera seems to have gone insane. The battery was around 40% and then within 24 hours I received approximately 950 e-mails within about one hour saying the battery was 0%. This was literally every few seconds I'd get 3-4 e-mails saying "BATTERY IS AT 0%" At first I shut off the camera and plugged it into the charge cord, but the e-mails kept coming. Finally I disconnected it from the Base Station and the e-mails finally stopped. After leaving it charging for over 24 hours I turned it back on, resynced it to the Base Station, and it displayed the battery at only 42%. I thought that was strange so I left it synced up and plugged it back into the wall charger, and then began the onslaught of e-mails all over again saying that the battery was at 0% despite it stating 42% in the app and on the website. Anyone experience this and have any suggestions? It's driving us nuts.

While it can be a number of things, I would start with removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resyncing. Verify that the firmware is up to date.

I went ahead and removed the camera altogether and plugged it back into the charger for the past 24 hours. This morning I unplugged it and resynced it with the base station and checked the firmware. The firmware appears up to date and the camera is only at 36% battery after 24 hours of charging. Unfortunately I bought this back in October so I'm passed the 90 day help warranty and this is incredibly frustrating. My assumption is that the battery isn't seating properly and won't allow it to get a proper charge and also causes it to have its battery charge go all over the place. Anybody else have any suggestions?
