Main account and grant access gets phones dropping or logging off so Geofencing not working

I have the early version of the base and cameras, one of the reasons I got this set is because the Geofencing, me and wife have iPhone 8, I’m the primary Arlo account holder on my cell phone, she is the person with granted access on her cell phone, but for some reason after a few weeks our cell phones ( both ) get drop or log off, so Geofencing becomes inoperative, I have call Arlo tech support numerous times and they always give me instructions on what to do, I also have the same problem with my older iPhones, I have reset the whole systems on the cell phones and Arlo, replaced my router, modem and also Arlo base unit, and I also know about to set to “Always” the Arlo app.
