Low battery warning on wired camera?

I've had this Arlo Pro 4 for 2+ years now and no problems until today when I got a low battery alert. But this doesn't make sense as the camera is wired and the socket is working just fine.

What am I missing?

What battery level does the app show for the camera?

Are you seeing that the status is charging?

 

This could be a charger failure.  But it is also worth looking at the magnetic coupling to the camera, and make sure that is clean.
