Lost Camera Files & Bad Quality

I honestly don’t know if I hav put the right model in here but we have the wireless Arlo home system that you can add additional ameras to, the sensor is under the camera.
Ever since an upgrade approximately 7 months ago and since transferring to the nbn our arlo has become dead money and a waste of space and energy. It will not always pick up movement in the areas and when it does there is an email sent like that picture, but no actual file create or library item to view. How on earth can I rectify this?

Have you tried to reboot the base station & remove/reinsert the batteries in the camera and test again.
