We are a mental health facility and are looking for a audio/video device that we can watch a session live in another office via a web browser. Is there a recommendation?

While not really designed for this sort of thing, the Arlo Q or Baby cameras may fit your needs. The Q will time out after 30 minutes of live view while the Baby won't.
