I’m unable to login to the web portal, despite I’ve already tried to clear the cookies and cache of my browser.

Also, I’m still receiving notifications from the app but the library is empty.

Already solved , the library is now live again and all the old records are there.

Surely was a bug on Arlo side.

When you login to the arlo web portal on a pc web browser connected to your local network you will need to to trust the web browser device using the 2FA request feature to access your account.

If the cloud library is empty when using a trusted mobile device that receives the push notifications of detected motion then it is likely that the arlo cloud server has not connected to the camera due to a problem with the arlo backend servers.
You can pay arlo to fix their problems by buying a subscription plan which entitles you to let them know they have an issue.

This is with the Arlo Q camera?

Are you able to live-stream the cameras from the app?

What error are you getting?

Also, what browser are you using?

Yes it’s the arlo q camera. Live streaming is unavailable, too.

I’m using chrome for iPhone, and here is the error message : Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error.

I’ve just tried to login on a pc (chrome) and succeed, however the live streaming and empty library problem still occurs.

I was trying to login on my iPhone before, it didn’t work, and now it’s working on my pc, but I found it’s unable to get to the next step after choosing the subscription plan.

Have you tried restarting the camera?

Do you also have the app installed?
