Logging in to website with RoboForm — Anyone else having problems

Some of you might know that browsers that hold your passwords can pass them onto hackers all over the globe, so more secure password programs, like RoboForm were created. 

However, RoboForm, tho it recognizes the password page for this site, is unable to place my username and password. (Already got a case into RoboForm.) 

If this is the case for others, many will wind up making an easily remembered password, that is also easily broken, or they'll save their passwords in their browsers, which can leak out.

Can we get management here to work with RoboForm? fix this? 

Or any suggestions?
