Logged out Every 30 seconds

I'm constantly being logged out of the Arlo web portal, every 30 seconds.  I spent about 2 hours on the live chat yesterday with support who insisted that I reboot my computer. Its a web timeout issue. Is anyone else experiecning this with the web portal?

This is after you complete the two factor authentication step?

 

Or is it the two-factor authentication that is timing out?
