Log in issues for 2 months

Please help. I've been logged out for 2 months and already changed my password and yes, I checked my internet connection (thanks arlo Ai support) When i log in on the app, it asks for a code. Getting the code on my phone doesnt work because it times out. Ok fine. I'll get my laptop. Getting the code form there while having the app open works but then says "invalid factor".

I cannot log into via web either, keeps timing out. Again, I changed my password and it recognized the change but I can't log in.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
