Hello,
I have been locked out of my Arlo account for almost a month and cannot regain access. The email address linked to my account has been permanently lost, and because two-step verification is enabled, I cannot log in at all. This also means I cannot use the Support Center, since that requires signing in.
I already tried explaining the situation to their chatbot, and reaching out to potential Arlo emails with proof of purchase and device serial numbers, but it has been several days with no response.
This is a serious issue since the cameras are used for home security, and right now they are effectively unusable because I cannot access my account.
I urgently need help with one of the following:
Resetting the email address on my account, OR
Temporarily disabling two-step verification process so I can log in and update my details.
I have my device serial numbers and proof of purchase ready for verification. Please let me know how I can proceed to restore access to my account. Any advice or help is appreciated, thank you!
