Local storage for multiple cameras

My mom has 3 arlo cameras installed. We are getting local recordings for only on camera. I have the local storage enabled on the base unit, but one of three cameras is recording locally. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance

What model is the base station?

Also, what model are the cameras?

 

Are all three cameras connected through the base?  Or are some connected to her home wifi?
