Local recording does not work

So I think I have found what the issue is.  All of my cameras have been disabled from recording (locally for me), a feature now considered a "subscriber exclusive feature"!

Example

My ARM HOME does not include my PATIO camera.  If I attempt to add PATIO camera to ARM HOME, via:

routines >> modes >> ARM HOME >> Add device rules >> Patio (camera) >> Next 

then I got the following (note the grayed "record video")

click the "i" circle and ...

Kindly advise?
