How to remove local feeds after deleting Micro SD card
Did you turn off "Record Locally" in the smarthub's storage settings?

Are you just wanting to delete recordings on the card?
If so, you can either connect it to a PC and manually delete some. Or you can re-format the card using the app.

I read it, but the meaning isn't clear. What exactly do you mean by "deleted Micro SD card on PC".
Is this the Arlo Go 2 camera? Or is the microSD card in a VMB5000 smarthub?
Did you download any of these clips to the phone?

Removed SD card from HUB, inserted in PC then deleted all. Are you following me? Do you have a fix for the original question???

It's not clear to me what you're trying to do. I suspect you want to delete any videos you've downloaded that were from your local recordings. At least for Android, go to Settings, Clear Downloaded Videos and click on DELETE DOWNLOADED VIDEOS. I assume it would be similar for iOS.

Let's try again.
- You are seeing these when selecting the "Local" tab on the feed page?
- Are you seeing all recordings, or only the recordings you previously viewed in the app?
We are thinking that (1) they are local and that (2) they were previously viewed. In that case, you still see them because they are still on your phone.
Try uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling it - then see if the recordings are still there.

Hello Steve B, I have uninstalled Arlo app. Old video clips do not show anymore.
I should not have to go thru all this mess of taking time to chat with community and then Arlo support to fix this issue.
Arlo app needs to have the option of being able to delete local video clips anytime the customer wants. My other home security camera app has this option.

@Joeeo you apparently ignored my post above. The brute force method is to delete the app which will delete anything associated with it, including downloaded videos from local storage. It's simpler to just delete them as I suggested within the app.

The ios app doesn't have a setting to delete all downloaded videos (and also no way to clear the cache). IMO deleting and reinstalling the app is the easiest way with iPhone.
