Is anyone else having a problem when live viewing where starting the live view stops the motion based recording? I used to do a live view when I got a motion notification and the recording would still be full length, eg, 120 seconds. After the update, I've noticed the recording stops at the moment I start the live view. I haven't tried it from the web app, only android and I haven't gotten scientific with it yet. Just wondering if anyone else has seen or noticed this.

The live viewing in my experience has always stopped the motion based recording.

I've used this method to stop recordings if I know that I don't want to keep it.

AFAIK this has been since day one and the update hasn't affected it.

I think you just got lucky.  AFAIK, live view has always interrupted recording.  Might be wrong on this since I never tried viewing while recording.

Thanks for the input. I must have just never ran into the issue before then.
