Live stream play button is not working

I am running the latest app from Arlo and NONE of the devices IN THE DEVICES TAB will play live video when I press the play button. This problem began after my subscription trial period ended. This problem happens whether I am connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular tower.

But the LIVE video seems to work OK from a web-based portal @ MY ARLO. Just not from the smart phone app.

This is a pretty significant software glitch.

Are you still experiencing the symptom as of now? Do you mind providing the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? Have you happened to remove and reinstall the app? And which version of the Arlo app are you using, as well as iOS version on your iPhone?
