Live function not working

VMS3530 5 arlo system. All 5 cameras identified when login but "live" function only works on 1 of them. Don't see any differences in the limited settings info for each device. Have had system for about a year so recharged and resynced all cameras multiple times. "Live" function has always worked before since this is how I reverify that each camera is basically "functional" after resyncing.  Also going to video setting for each arlo the image below the "pan & zoom" is not updated either. The one arlo that responds to "live" had batteries replaced 2 weeks ago. Replaced batteries on another arlo just now, resynced fine, battery status updated as expected. No "live" function so resyncing doesn't solve proplem.

You don't mention having power cycled the base - have you tried that? It may be fastest to perform a complete reset and start fresh.  PITA but could clear out whatever is goofy in the system.
