Library is empty & unable to change/save motion detection sensitivity on iOS 12.2/app 2.7.7

Hi. I am support for a colleague for his camera. Now he is facing a problem with app 2.7.7 and latest IOS 12.2.
Not able to see anything in libary. Also when trying to change motion detection sensitivity he is not able to "save" or "cancel" after adjust sensitivity. Is this the reason for why his libary is empty? Have been re-starting cameras and base station.
Cameras are online, and he is able to se live camera. But cameras will not record, or if they do, they will not be saved or visable in libary. This was fine until last week. App deleted and re-installed etc.

Hi @SNORH,

Are you able to adjust the motion detection sensitivity through the web client on the computer and save? 

Apple has recently released iOS 12.3 so try to update the iOS to see if that helps.
