Library duplicates latest day of recordings till 9.00am

My Arlo system duplicates latest day of recording till 9.00am of the current day, then the recordings are visible again.

So it is not possible for me to see recordings from 0.00am to 9.00

I got the alerts but recordings are not visible in the library

It looks like I'm stuck in a -9 hours time zone, I've tried to change time zone several time without solving the issue

The issue start around August 2024 both on IOS system al PC and it affects only my user, not my wife's one.
