Library date is wrong

Library date is off by a month.  I have done new recordings, signed out and back in, deleted app and reinstalled.  No change.  Any suggestions?  Arlo live chat was not helpful.

Check the timezone in your Settings. While that shouldn't be off by a month, it's the only thikng you can try. Also, make sure your devices have accurate time settings. Sometimes having the time be wildly off results in weird things happening. Failing these, open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages.

 

BTW, download a video and use an epoch time converter to convert the filename timestamp to reality and see if the filename has the right time/date.

Nothing changed when I initially tried this, but the problem was corrected the next time I logged in.  So this sure didn't hurt!  Thanks!!
