Library clips

After watching the library clips the first time, the forward button is no longer there to watch a second time. Is this happening to anyone else?

It's not in the center, it's on the bottom left.

No it is no longer on the bottom left until I refresh it.

 Sounds like you're using a browser.  Try clearing the cache as well as try a different browser.  Issues pop up from time to time as browsers get updated.
