Library Recordings On Computer Do Not Activate When Watching

I am having a problem on my computers when I want to see the recordings in the library.  They don't play at all...they just say 'loading' but never load.  Chrome won't even open up Arlo program, so I have been using Internet explorer.  I could open up the library recordings fine but now I cannot.  I could open on my laptop also but now I cannot.  I have to download each recording and open into another program just to see the recordings!  This is not right.  I tried working on the computer, reinstalling Adobe Flash/ActiveX etc but nothing is working.  Please help.  I need to see the recordings again!

Try it out on Fire Fox... MS did an update a short time age and Edge and IE have been causing issues

I am having the same problem for a while now.

Do you think they will change back to the way they had it before.

I am not a computer person.

I will try to figure out Fire Fox like the other person said.

I have the same problem videos will not load/or play back, Is it one of Microsoft's updates it was working fine
