Left the Geofence Notification

I have set-up a notification to alert me when my wife leaves or enters the geofence (2 separate automations).

I am not getting alerts.  In fact, when I het the TEST button, nothing comes thru.  

The automation is INDIVUDUAL as I have unchecked my phone in the list.  

What am I missing?

If you set up the system to change modes when it detects arriving and leaving, do you get notifications of the mode changes?
