Why is it so hard to get a support officer? You have to wait 30 mins just to get a lame response.
Does anyone know how to cut through through the crap service and get much needed support?
Dreading having brought this product. When will companies learn customer support is as important as selling the item.

I can not find an email from yourself. Am I meant to be looking on one of your sites? Do I need to waste more time trying to navigate your customer service?
Please just send an email direct to me and advise a contact name and numbers.
I would appreciate a solution as to why the base station has stopped working. Annoying I found out it had stopped working when I went to see footage.
I have replaced the cords, turned off, reset, etc. plugged the cable in first and then powered on etc. and still can not add the unit. The lights would suggest it is connected to the internet and everything is fine.
