La aplicación no se conecta a la VMB3000

Quiero conectar mi estación Arlo y la aplicación no puede detectar esta estación. Las 3 luces de la estación están en verde, estoy conectado a la misma red, ya lo reinicie de fabrica, lo he intentado desde el celular y la PC y es imposible.

 

Es un lío total......gracias por la ayuda que me puedan brindar

 

Base: VMB3000

Cámara: Arlo

    You apparently didn't actually reset the base since all 3 LEDs are green. Power and Internet should be green but the Camera LED should be off or solid amber. To reset, hold the reset button on the back of the base until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot (~2 minutes) to verify that the LEDs show the proper response. If that is correct, then try to add the base to your account.

     

    If this is a used base, make sure the original owner has removed it from his account since you can't claim it until he does so.
